Antique Victorian yellow gold Locket featuring a large glass window on the front of the piece and a smooth slightly curved back. The pendant does not have any anything stamped on engraved on the back allowing the piece to be worn with the image outward or inward facing. The piece could be engraved and would look beautiful.
This antique locket is 9ct gold indicated by the hallmark 9ct hallmark stamped on the bail of the piece. The locket is opened on the bottom of the piece.

The locket measures 3.5cm / 1.4” (excluding bails) in height and 2.9cm / 2.9” in width and 0.4cm / 0.1” in thickness. The pendant hangs from a new 18" 9ct yellow gold chain.
CONDITION:
The locket is in excellent antique condition, the locket closes securely and the piece is free of dents and scratches.
